SwabGrip

Uses:

All forms of bio-sampling , including blood, buccal samples, and large scale diagnostic tests requiring high throughput testing. Ideal for existing swab libraries that require automated processing or where positive ID is essential.

The SwabGrip allows for labs that want the benefits of automation where they already have significant number of conventional swabs, with samples, in storage. In addition the SwabGrip can be used to fully automate
any high volume swab processing requirement. Existing conventional swabs can be inserted into the hollow interior of the SwabGrip handle, and locked into place.

Can accommodate existing swabs of length 150mm or 137.5 mm

Description:

Patented plastic grip, incorporating permanent barcode or RFID, and able to be gripped by automated processing instruments, and into which standard swabs can be permanently fitted. Includes separate cover, and optional hand guard.
